Our flagship campaign in this area is dynamic working. Think of it as the next evolution of flexible working. With dynamic working, you’ll have the opportunity to define how you work your life. This might mean working with your manager to alter your hours to better fit your families’ needs. It could mean working remotely. Or it might mean taking some time out to volunteer. Whatever you want to do outside of your professional life, we’ll do our best to help you find a solution that works for you and us.

For people who are new to Barclays, there’s Emerge. Emerge organises events and experiences that will help you build strong, cross-generational relationships, develop your internal network, share knowledge and gain invaluable skills.

This is group of working parents and carers who focus on helping with the challenges of balancing family, life and work. As well as running regular events, webinars and seminars, they provide all kinds of useful information.
