What I've enjoyed most about my programme, by far, has got to be the people that I've met. I've felt that the programme in general has the right combination of on-the-job experience and advice so that you can continue to improve yourself.

I chose to apply because I wanted access to a range of skill sets and the Barclays Graduate Programme was the perfect fit. It's rotational and it really gives you the opportunity to explore different business units and roles. My first rotation was in the Corporate Bank and I am currently in my second doing strategy in Barclaycard. Both teams have given me a lot of responsibility and put a lot of trust in me and this is great for my personal development.

I've received tons of support as a graduate. Both my line managers have been great. We have regular informal chats about my developments, what I'm doing, what I'd like to be exploring. In the future, I really want to be leading a team, whether it be in a client facing role or in a strategic role. I'd 100% say apply for this programme. You're definitely going to learn a lot. It's a unique program with a rotational structure and if you're open and ready to gain the exposure across the bank, you'll gain a lot.
