Bridge the gap between university and working life with a structured programme of training, live projects and networking events. You’ll be part of truly bank-wide team that makes us competitive on a global scale. You’ll learn how it drives strategy as well as interpreting the figures.
- Applications for 2020 will open September 2019.
What to expect
Expect plenty of opportunities to make an impact. It all starts with intensive training that equips you with the skills and knowledge to handle the kind of responsibilities you’d have as a full-time Finance Analyst. Working closely with both graduates and senior managers in your allocated department, you’ll take on your own projects and enjoy the chance to make a real difference within your team. It’s work that will prepare you for life as a graduate employee.
How you’ll develop
Broad exposure to our Finance teams will build your understanding of how we operate. From day one, you’ll start gaining the know-how you need to get your internship off to a flying start, and you’ll always be able to count on support from senior business experts. Their advice and encouragement will strengthen your confidence and help you develop and sharpen your skills. Performance coaching, social events and the chance to take part in projects outside of Finance will also help you expand your network and develop.
Perform well and at the end of the Summer Internship, there is the opportunity to gain a place as a full-time Finance Analyst.
