Who thrives here
We’re looking for curious forward-looking people. Disruptive thinkers and digitally savvy people who can absorb new techniques and use them adeptly. But they also need the traditional networking and relationship building skills needed to develop the long term relationship that our business thrives upon and which will always be vital.
We need people who truly understand the need to develop a holistic understanding of our banking products and services, the customers and clients we serve and crucially, how our divisions work together.
Whilst you’ll have a great support network to help guide your development we’re looking for people with an entrepreneurial flair. People who have the drive and determination to push their own career and take advantage of all the great opportunities that our business has to offer.
