What to expect

Expect exposure to real world problems in a fast paced and invigorating environment. We’ll provide you with seven weeks of intensive training, to give the core skills and product knowledge you’ll need to make a strong start. Then you’ll go straight onto a specific desk, working with various colleagues to deliver solutions for derivatives pricing, risk management, changes in markets structure, capital utilization and strategic technological advancements. Your work will be highly technical, and could see you tackling challenges such as:

  • Putting complex models and quantitative techniques into practice
  • Researching, creating and implementing new models
  • Expanding our computational platform.

How you'll develop

We will provide you with a visible path to promotion to vice president, and the tools to help you get there. From day one, you’ll build the skills and experience you need for a successful career. Our training will give you the knowledge you need when you need it, and detailed performance coaching will keep your progress on track.
