We have a range of networks for people at different stages of their lives and careers. These include:
Bridge, the multigenerational network promotes intergenerational dialogue and learning. It challenges stereotypes and beliefs about age through the two forums:
- Emerge: empowers colleagues who are starting a career with Barclays or in financial services, to connect, influence, support and continue the intergenerational dialogue.
- Midlife: gives colleagues later in their career the opportunity to connect and grow, while also promoting the benefits of having a wealth of knowledge and experience at Barclays or within the financial services industry.
This is group of working parents and carers who
focus on helping with the challenges of balancing family, life and work. As well
as running regular events, webinars and seminars, they provide all kinds of
network connects and supports the thousands of Barclays’ employees around the
world who are veterans and reservists.
