We recently snapped a picture of our newest Higher Apprenticeship intake, all gathered for their introduction to the business. That first day is an exciting time for all of us – for the apprentices to get to know each other and our business, and for us to get meet the cohort who’ll in time become future leaders.
Spread across departments from Internal Audit to Relationship Management, these new members of our team are now studying towards degrees and professional qualifications, as well as settling into their newfound roles within the bank.
From small beginnings in 2012, we’re proud that the apprenticeship scheme has gone from strength to strength – that all kinds of people from all kinds of backgrounds are finding access to Higher Education with us.
And of course, we’re even more excited that our 2018 programmes will open shortly – with an even wider range of our departments offering training to new apprentices.
