Starting with your induction, you’ll explore our values from the very beginning. We’ll introduce you to further skills, with training and in-depth sessions on financial concepts and markets, as well as workshops, including Risk and Control – which ensures you’re aware of our key policies, including sensitive information management and data protection.

With our in-role training, you’ll be given the opportunity to explore the different skillsets required for the different roles throughout the business. You’ll expand your knowledge of Barclays, whilst you learn to use your creativity to generate smarter solutions for your chosen team.

If you perform well in this Internship Programme, you’ll have the opportunity to move on to our Graduate Programme, where you will develop the skills you have acquired here, and explore more complex and specific training for continued strategic learning.
