What to expect
As part of the Client Strategy team in Asia, you will work in a high intensity, results oriented environment and interact closely with counterparts in other regions across products and asset classes. The team works with the sales, trading and research teams as well as the COOs and infrastructure partners.
How you'll develop
Throughout the programme,
you will develop and perfect skills, behaviours and business expertise from a balance
experience, feedback from your support system and classroom training. You will begin your
first few days with intensive Initial Training, designed to help you integrate
into the firm quickly and
hit the ground running in your first role. There will be numerous opportunities
to meet senior members of the company and to build your network through social events with fellow colleagues.
As you settle into your team, your training will become more in-depth. There’s a vast array of
opportunities available, including:
- Talks by senior managers
- Development modules
- Online learning resources.
You will also be supported to study for relevant professional qualifications.
