What to expect

For technology to be a success, we need to be able to translate the requirements from the business to the technology team. As a Technology Analyst you’ll help us to do that, along with managing the project to ensure developers deliver on time, and providing updates to senior stakeholders.

Here, you’ll play a critical role in helping drive change and creating innovative solutions to complex problems. You’ll work with business areas to understand their needs. And together, you’ll create technology solutions for the business that will increase performance. From there, you’ll develop a solid understanding of the global markets, finance, and the technologies that will transform the industry.

If you really impress us, this could be the beginning of an incredible career. We invite top-performing, eligible summer analysts to join us as full-time Technology Analysts after graduation.

How you'll develop

Our new program’s revolutionary 360° approach will support you in reaching your full potential in four ways: experiential, technical, social and fundamentals. This starts with immersive training, including a high-octane, cyber-attack simulation game played with your peers. As part of the social events, you’ll hear from some of the industry’s most renowned speakers. You’ll also get a thorough grounding in the fundamentals, including the latest financial concepts.

Your growth will be as fast-paced as our technology environment. And, through it all, you’ll be nurtured by buddies, mentors and a career coach. You’ll also have opportunities to take technological and career leaps. For example, if you come up with a winning social entrepreneur idea, you could be promoted to the head of a team to make it happen.

And as you progress with your career, so will your development. Our dedication to continuous learning means that you’ll always have the opportunity to complete further training, to learn from other business departments and to gain advice from those around you. It’s this kind of commitment to you that really sets apart from, not only other banks, but from tech giants.

Who thrives here

It’s preferred that your degree is a business based major, but you should also show a strong interest in technology. And you should demonstrate skill and interest in network engineering, database management and operating systems, project coordination and problem-solving, with the ability to act as a bridge between the business and technology solutions.
