For those based in the New York office, our Initial
Training Program kicks off with determining which group you’ll join. Those
working in our regional offices begin training knowing their placements
already. Either way, you’ll spend several weeks learning what you need to know to
help you make a strong start.
Throughout your Analyst years, you will learn through
hands-on involvement in your group, supported by a mix of formal and informal Continued
Learning programs designed to give you the knowledge you need and enhance your
development as an Analyst. As you progress, detailed performance coaching and
feedback from both your group and your Program Management team will keep you on
track.
And when you’re ready to try something new, you can participate
in our Analyst Mobility program – a formal and internally supported opportunity
to build your network and knowledge base through rotation, exchange or regional
mobility opportunities.
